A Miami Dream: Miapolis

"Miapolis, the proposed world's tallest building, is an iconic building re-defining Miami as a cosmopolitan city, a worldwide tourist destination and an international financial center.  Miapolis is a metropolis in the sky, self-sufficient (...) Reaching 975 meters above the Miami coastline on Watson Island, Miapolis, the proposed 'super tower' designed by KOBI KARP will utilize the latest sustainable building and green maintenance practices available."

"This 'city within a city' contains millions of square feet of offices, hotels, shops and apartments. Not only would it surpass Dubai's Burj Khalifa as the tallest building in the world, but also Miapolis has been designed with ecologically minded features that would make it the highest rated LEED-certified green residential/commercial center in the U.S."
